1. Sr. Electrical Foremen /Electrical Foremen – 5 (Kathmandu)
Diploma/CTEVT in Electrical with 10-15/ 5-7 years of work experience in a related field. Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the MEP work, able to read & understand the CAD drawing. Supervising & coordinating the team for installation/testing of all work executed at the site.
2. MEP Site Engineer – 3 (Kathmandu)
BE (Mechanical/Electrical) with a minimum of 5 years’ work experience in the MEP field. Preparing working schedule, reviewing drawings, and specifications, supervising, billing, testing & commissioning & handover documentation.
3. Draftsperson – 3 (Kathmandu)
Diploma/BE/Mechanical/Electrical/Architecture/I/Civil) with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in drafting drawing. Candidates must be able to understand the electro-mechanical requirements of various projects and must have good experience in preparing shop drawings for various services like HVAC, plumbing, Fire-Fighting, electrical etc.
4. AC Technician – 5
Diploma/CTEVT (Specialized in Refrigeration & AC is preferable) with 3 years experience in Air conditioning& Refrigeration service or related industry. Responsible for reviewing blueprints, installation, testing, troubleshooting, diagnosing problems and performing maintenance. Maintaining tools & following the work schedule, performing emergency repairs and performing other related duties as assigned.
