| Province Managers | Minimum 10 years of experience in a commercial bank.

| Branch Manager | Minimum 8 years of experience for a Senior Officer, 7 years for an Officer and 5 years for a Junior Officer in a commercial bank.

| Relationship Managers | A minimum of 7 years of experience for an Officer, 5 years for a Junior Officer and 3 years for a Supervisor position in a commercial bank.

| Legal Department | A minimum of 8 years of experience for Senior Officer, 7 years for Officer and 5 years for Junior Officer.
|
| IT Risk Department | A minimum of 3 years of experience in various security technologies and tools, such as STEM, 1DS/IPS, firewalls, and vulnerability scanners.

| Core Banking System – Assistant Manager / Senior Officer | A minimum of 10 years of experience for Assistant Manager and 8 years for Senior Officer in Information Technology.
