CTEVT Diploma/Certificate One Subject Chance Exam Schedule 2080

Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Control of Examination Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur has published a notification for the Diploma/Certificate One Subject Chance Exam Examination Schedule.

CTEVT targets students who have pursued technical education programs including engineering, information technology, hotel management, food and dairy technology, social work programs and special scholarship programs.

This notice is published for the information of all those concerned to fill out the application form for the examination the candidates have to submit the form at the specified place and date.

a) Conditions:

• The application form of the partial examinees of any subject from the educational institution should be filled in ITMS online, the application form, deposit, examination booklet and admit card should be prepared and the payment receipt should be attached. Register with relevant councils and state offices.

• A photocopy of the mark sheet/account obtained from the previous examination conducted by the Examination Control Office should be attached to the form.

• The Office of the Controller of Examinations will not be responsible for any application form not fulfilling the mentioned conditions and received after the prescribed time.

• If an educational institution intentionally includes the exam application form of a trainee who does not fulfil the conditions, if the trainee takes the exam, the exam result of such candidate will be automatically cancelled and such educational institution will be prosecuted. • The application form will not be accepted if Kermet, Tipex is found inserted while filling the examination application form.

b) Place, date, and Examination Conduct Date, Time, and Examination Centres for Submission of Examination Application Form

• Exam form fee: Rs. 300

• Exam form submission deadline (with regular fee): Shrawan 23, 2080 (August 08, 2023)

• Exam form submission deadline (with late fee): Shrawan 28, 2080 (August 13, 2023)

• Place of Submission of Form: At the concerned Regional Office of the Council.

• The examination centre and date of examination will be published later.
