Other Specification

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management/Economics from a recognized university.
• At least 3 years of experience in BFIs with sound knowledge in the credit department for officer level.
• Minimum 1 year of experience for assistant level. 
• Must have knowledge and capacity to assess, analyse and interpret credit files, financial information, business and collateral as per requirement.

Responsibilities: 

• Credit Marketing: Analyze potential loan market to increase the scope of branch and clientele base and also maintain the relationship with the customers to secure future transactions with them.
• Identifying Potential Customers’: Market the products of the organization for increasing the loan customers of the organization for maximizing the profit of the organization.
• Proposal Writing and Report Preparation: Prepare credit appraisal report by obtaining and finding the genuine information of the customers about the credit history of the client.
• Deposit Marketing: Analyze potential deposit market to increase the scope of the branch and clientele base and also maintain the relationship with the customers to secure future transactions with them. 

Note: 

• Preference will be given to the local candidates of Banepa.
• Age limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years.
