1. Branch Manager- Supervisor up to Officer level (Few) (All Provinces)
Should have at least 5 years’ experience in BFIs. Preference will be given to having overall banking knowledge and at least 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager or Relationship Manager in any BFIs.
2. Relationship Manager – Supervisor/Sr.Assistant/Assistant (Few) (All Provinces)
Should have at least 2 years of experience in related departments in a Bank/Financial Institution or equivalent organization.
3. Operation In Charge- Sr. Assistant/Assistant/Jr.Assistant (Few) (All Provinces)
Should have at least 2 years of experience in related departments in a Bank/Finance equivalent organization.
4. For different Departments – Assistant up to Officer level (Few)
(Central Credit Department/Central Operations Department/Loan Recovery Department/ Administration Department/Credit Risk Department)
Should have at least 2 years of experience in related departments in a Bank/Fina equivalent organization.
