1. Operation Theatre (OT) Administrator

Level: Managerial/Higher
Required No.: 1 (One)
Academic Qualification: Master’s in hospital or health care management, bachelor’s in biomedical engineering or intermediate in clinical subjects
Experience: Minimum 10 years of work experience in health care industry/hospitality industry.

Other Skills:

1. Proven excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with people at all levels both internally and externally.
2. Experience of system software and microsoft office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Excellent organizational skills and analytical thinking with a high level of attention to details.
4. Leadership skills, decision making & problem solving skills.
5. Good time management skill and ability to prioritize.
6. Must have a positive attitude, high self-motivation and ability to work independently.
7. Up-to-date knowledge of the operation theater sector.

2. Executive – Inpatient

Required No.: 2 (Two)
Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in health care management, BBS & BBA or nursing field.
Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in health care industry/hospitality industry.

Other Skills:

1. Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in english and nepali.
2. Proficient with microsoft office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and others).
3. Ability to work independently and as a team member with minimal supervision.
4. Leadership Skills.

3. Sr. Officer – Guest Care

Department: Out Patient Services
Required No.: 2 (Two)
Academic Qualification: Master’s degree in health care management or any other management streams.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in health care industry/hospitality industry.

Other Skills:

• Verbal and written communication skill.
• Able to handle pressure and multitask.
• Must be empathetic.
• Interpersonal and problem solving skill.

4. Deputy Manager – Information Technology

Required No.: 1 (One)
Academic Qualification: Master’s degree in Information Technology & technology or any other relevant streams.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant field. Health care industry/hospital industry preferred.

Technical Skills:

1. Follow up to fix bug and issues.
2. Perform data backups
3. Database restore check.
4. Install and update applications.
5. Assist with the support, implementation for application
6. Network connectivity issues, equipment, software & hardware.
7. Respond to IT issues; hardware maintenance, software, networking etc.
8. Provide help desk and technical support either by phone and remote access.
9. Oversee troubleshooting for system errors, applications.
10. Set up equipment for new users and employees.
