For posts 6 and above in the engineering group, a certificate of registration with the Engineering Council and for chartered accountants, a certificate of being a member of the Nepal Chartered Accountants Association must be submitted.
According to Rule 4.2 (10) of the Staff Administration Rules of the Institute, 2063 (with amendments), the employee who has once got the facility of reservation in the service of the Institute will get any reservation facility again. cannot be done. Also, working employees have to self-declare whether/not availed of the reservation facility.
