Investment Manager

With a vision to expand and strengthen our Investment team, NIMB Ace Capital Ltd. is inviting applications from self-motivated, dynamic, and competent individuals for the following positions:

Investment Manager: Mutual Fund/ Wealth Management

• No. of Requirements: Few
• Unit: Investment Banking
• Level: Mid-Level to Senior Level 
• Office Location: Lazimpat, Kathmandu, Nepal

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field and 3-5 years related experience or equivalent combination. However, CFA, CA, ACCA, and/or relevant advanced degrees or professional investment qualifications and 2-3 years related experience or equivalent combination is desirable.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE

Mutual Fund/ Wealth Management

• Actively contribute to investment team decision-making process and drive team thinking in portfolio construction, asset allocation, and overall strategy.
• Monitor investment portfolio and rigorously examine the drivers of investment performance.
• Represent the company externally at manager meetings, investment conferences, and industry events.
• Manage data flow and output from investment analytics, assist in the investment operations activities of the Mutual Fund.
• Contribute to the Fund’s portfolio performance reporting and attribution, including performance analytics, exposures, and benchmarking. 
• Ensure regular stock analysis through fundamental and macro-micro economic perspectives and provide insights/recommendations to the team.
• Oversee the management of investment portfolios, including monitoring performance, identifying risks, and developing investment strategies.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on potential investment opportunities, including financial statements, economic data, and market trends.
• Manage and execute trades for portfolios, including buying and selling securities and other financial instruments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on portfolio performance and investment strategies.
