The most significant thing to be conscious of is who can apply for a No Objection Certificate (NOC). It Depends on where you are, different rules and regulations will determine your eligibility. Generally, these are some of the individuals or organizations that are eligible to apply:

There are two types of No Objection Certificates to study overseas.

How long does it take to get NOC in Nepal?

NOC takes 2-3 days to forward the No Objection Letter. After completion of the No Objection Certificate, you have to pay the fee of Rs.2000 to the Ministry of Education (MOE) at Rastriya Banijya Bank.

  • Online Application Form
  • Valid citizenship and educational certificate
  • If you have taken NOC first, two copies of your own copy and the original copy of the bank
  • 1 original copy of your NOC and bank statement returned by the bank if you have done foreign exchange with NOC earlier.
  • Police report of NOC and bank statement attested by bank in case of loss of previously taken NOC.
How to Apply NOC Online in Nepal

NOC Letter User Manual for Students to Apply for No Objection Certificate

These are the ways, how to apply NOC online in Nepal. The steps are clearly mentioned below:

➢ Open URL : https://noc.moest.gov.np/
➢ Enter OTP(One Time Password) from your mobile phone’s message box and click on the Proceed button.
➢ Click on the Resend button if you don’t get a message within 2 minutes.
➢ Now enter your password, confirm it and click on the submit button.
➢ Verify your email address and click on the request token
➢ Open the Email enter the email verification token from your email and click on the verify email.
➢ Fill all the fields upload documents and click on proceed.

➢ Add your passport details and click on Confirm.
➢ Select your previous academic country.
➢ Select your previous Academic level, When selected faculty or stream will appear on the screen and select your stream.
➢ Select the country Name from the list in the dropdown menu and a list of colleges will be seen on the screen.
➢ Select the college or university from the list.

➢ Select the study Level, Stream/faculty and the subject you want to apply to, select self if you’re applying yourself or select consultancy if you are applying from consultancy and click on proceed.
[Note(only if college, university, subject of your choice ): click on Request New. Type your University name, level, faculty/Stream name subject of your choice and click on request.]
➢ Else click on Proceed to apply for your NOC and a success message will appear on your screen.

  • First and foremost, If you want to enroll No Objection Certificate (NOC) application form you can easily download the form by visiting the official website or office of the Ministry of Education (MoE).
  • Second, Gather all the necessary documents specified by the MoE given below in the blog.
