The Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung Scholarships for International Students is fully funded and covers all the expenses including tuition fees, health care, mobility allowance, monthly stipends and others. You get the opportunity to explore German and European cultures to conduct action research on current global issues. The duration of the scholarship program is a maximum of three years for a master’s and a maximum of four years for a PhD and can be extended twice for 6 months for any valid reason. The main objective of the program is to reduce social, political and gender discrimination prevalent in society, and therefore women, students from non-academic and immigrant backgrounds, minorities and persons with disabilities who show comparable achievement and dedication.
