The Public Service Commission (Lok Sewa Aayog – PSC) of Nepal has published an application notice for the post of Nayab Subba (NaSu) under Civil Services Gazetted First Class (Non-Technical) and National Human Rights Service Assistant First Class through a competitive and inclusive written examination. Application Fee Statistics
- Standard Fee: Rs. 700 (Seven Hundred) for each advertisement.
- Inclusive Groups: For additional advertisements, an extra fee of Rs. 2000 (Two Hundred).
- Multiple Service/Group Clusters: If the candidate chooses more than one cluster, an additional fee of Rs. 200 (two hundred) per cluster is mandatory.
Age Limit
Candidates should be at least 18 years old and not exceeding 35 years old as of 2080/10/16. Age restriction for permanent employees.

Minimum Educational Qualifications
- Nepal Justice Service, Judicial, Law and Government Lawyer Group: Proficiency Certificate level or equivalent.
- Nepal Administration Service, General Administration Group: Proficiency Certificate level or equivalent.
- Nepal Administration Service, Revenue Group: Proficiency Certificate Level in Management, Commerce, Law, Economics, Public Administration, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Nepal Administration Service, Accounts Group: Proficiency Certificate level in Management, Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Public Administration.
- Nepal Audit Service: Proficiency Certificate Level or Class 10 +2 with Management, Business Administration, or Commerce.
- National Human Rights Service, Assistant First Class, Naiva Subba: Proficiency Certificate level or equivalent.
Additional Note on Educational Qualifications
- Secondary Education Passing Examination (S.L.C.E.): For certificates issued before 2078/9/7, a minimum grade of D+ and Cumulative Grade Point Average (C.G.P.A.) of 1.6 in each subject (both theoretical and practical) of Class 11 and 12 is required.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR INCLUSIVE GROUP CANDIDATES
Candidates applying for inclusive group posts must prepare and submit specific documents, which are also required to be presented at the interview stage:
(a) Tribal Tribes: Certificate based on the list contained in Nepal Tribal Tribes Upliftment National Foundation Act. If multiple surnames exist within a caste, verification from the Chief District Officer is required.
(b) Madhesi: Documents certified by the Government of Nepal or Chief District Officer until the organization is established.
(c) Dalit: Caste certificate listed by the National Dalit Commission. For multiple surnames within a caste, verification from the Chief District Officer is required.
(d) Persons with Disabilities: Disability Identity Card issued by the Social Welfare Council or concerned local level.
(e) Backward Areas: Citizenship certificate from the concerned district and additional documents including reason or proof of marriage/migration for those having citizenship from other districts.
